"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "I stayed here for two weeks I love it, the apartment has everything you need the only thing that was missing is ironing board and washing machine. The only downside was it was too noisy when you open the window because it was directly towards the main road however it was the best apartment I’ve stayed in that area it’s so beautiful decorated and clean and massive space, the reception was really friendly and nice"

Hotel has multiple buildings and rooms divided with keeping in mind privacy (if an issue), with lots of stores and businesses around. Parking is free, but it is near hotel and shared with other businesses and does not have surveillance cameras or guarded, although I was told that it is safe. Rooms are not smoking, but some kind of cigar scent was present....
