"The front desk person and management were phenomenal and helped me through a rough situation. The room was very clean, the bed and all the pillows were amazing (slept like a baby). For a place that charges a non refundable resort fee I would expect that with full WiFi bars on my phone I wouldn’t have such extreme difficulty with just about every app especially banking. "Rooms are in poor condition. Furniture worn, carpet has tears,thread bare in areas, bathroom faucets and sinks need repair. Risk manager should go into rooms to assess how dangerous rooms actually are,such as slippery wall mount in room 616 jacuzzi tub, towel racks that spin and wobble, etc."
