"WATCH OUT!!!! This property, and the people we interacted with for the reservation via Expedia, was a total scam. It starts with attractive photos on both Expedia and Hotels.com, but quickly gets sketchy with cryptic emails and texts regarding the reservation, payment and property details. Unfortunately, our trip was somewhat last minute, so we didn't have many local options for Skye, but this property / representatives were the absolute worst. STAY AWAY!!!"

The house it pretty centrally located to most skye treasures and the hosts did a brilliant job decorating and stocking the place to make it extremely welcoming for us. "Beautiful location, we didn’t eat in the hotel for dinner we used Saucy Mary Restaurant which was excellent for the price and we also walked up to the castle ruin on the hill near the harbour which was lovely to watch the sun go down. We had the window seat for breakfast which gave that little bit extra to a really lovely breakfast. Parking was easy as well. We will return once I’ve recovered from all the driving "

"I chose the town of Broadford as my home base for exploring the Isle of Skye. The parking lot at the Dunollie hotel is small and fills up quickly, so if you’re not there early you’ll have to park in a car park 2 blocks away. Both the front staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s no elevator at this property, so if your room isn’t on the main floor, that means that you’ll be hauling your luggage up a couple flights of stairs.
