"We liked that everything was in walking distance from our villa. The cleanliness of resort and friendliness of the staff was great. What we didn’t like was that a freezer was never fixed properly and the queen bed was terribly uncomfortable. The tv in the second bedroom we were never able to get to work due to not being able to access the proper channel. The hot water ran out in the shower after one shower which was a downfall when you have more than one person to get ready. Overall very nice...

"We visited Breezy Palms for our 20th wedding anniversary. We took advantage of the boat rental on site, had a great day on the water. Played cards on our lanai. Used the lovely pool, walked to local restaurants, and had a memorable time. Definitely will be back!"

"I have stayed all over the keys and this property was adorable reasonably priced and lovely amenities like a beach and heated pool. Also an excellent restaurant next door. Rooms were large with full kitchen living and dining rooms and we stayed in the Osprey room with a large outdoor deck over looking the water."

"I had an awesome stay at coconut cay! I thought it would be a little dated but I was happily surprised with an updated room including a king bed and large shower. I loved staying here.. the back had seating under string lights, chairs by the dock and tables. It was such a lovely surprise. The place offers paddle boards, bikes and a dock with no charge. I’ll be back! "
