I booked the hotel to my cousin and he had the worst experience in Dubai. Food is so bad. Room service is sloppy and they don’t even put the basics in the room like coffee, suger and tea. Breakfast is horrible. Never again

I turned up to the hotel after booking it and paying for it days before my arrival. However I was told the hotel was close due to flooding that took place 10 days before my arrival and I was offered an alternative hotel 30 km away in the middle of nowhere. I rejected and had to book an alternative hotel near by in the last minute which cost me much more. Because they were not bothered to notify me in advance.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, very near to the Mall. Some really nice local eateries just 5 minutes walk away. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Security staff on site 24/7, not that they were needed. Good size room with separate bath, showers and toilet, which was convenient. We would definitely stay there again.
