We stayed four four nights. On the second day I complained about a bad smell (mold or damp walls) and they said they would put air freshener. The third day it was unbearable and they said oh we can humidify it. My husband has asthma and is very sensitive and each day in that room he was getting sick. I did not want to stay another night and they said they had no rooms at the same category. I requested a downgrade because our health was more important.

The view is astonishing. Clean and good customer services by door men. We woke up 6AM by loud fire alarm. We were so scared. Called reception and no one answered. I would appreciate if we were notified in advance. We could have prepared ourselves.
