Excellent hotel value for money Ahmed at Front reception was very good the hotel was heaving with the cancellation guests from airlines but the front desk specially Ahmed was very composed The duty managers also seemed to be on the ball trying to facilitate things The rooms is a tad small but has all amenities required Housekeeping was prompt to get things

We met a lovely lady at the restaurant from Pakistan Mrs. Shavanah she was so amazing and with a beautiful ange smile she made our 3 sons smile and be happy and we think she is a sunshine she made me a great hot chocolate , great hotel clean, and we loved the shuttle service to Emirates Mall

The staff wasn’t good specially the Arabic Lady from the reception and she’s even the Supervisor 😞 Room was so small and the there was a water dropping from the bathroom.

Very polite and helpful staff. One of the strongest aspects. Spacious building, not fair from airport and in heart of Academic City. Food hygiene is a concern in this heat. Great gym - which is why I booked and pool is nice too. Not really anything to do locally. Can have noisy neighbours with thin-ish walls and some repairs/final finishing touches to building.

Reception is very nice but rooms are like university accommodation not hotel standard. My TV did not have a remote control and I called reception 3 times to get one sent to my room, but I never received the remote so could not use the TV.

We had to stay at best western in academic city for business. The area is literally in the desert there's nothing around you. I got an upgrade to the deluxe room which is spatious comparing to the standard & executive one. But the main problem in this hotel is the bathroom and apparently All the rooms have the same problem. When you shower the whole bathroom will be flooded. We had to stay for a week so this was not practical at all we asked the staff to give us a whipper as a solution but still it is a main inconvenient process. I would really thank the staff at the reception all of them day and night shift they were very cooperative for the bathroom issue and very friendly

I checked in at the hotel @ 23:00 and the room they gave me was poorly cleaned with human hair on the floor, the bathroom shower drainage was blocked and this was bad. I complained and the room was changed, to which it did not take long for change of room which was good. But honestly responding to guest request was really bad. I requested for iron for my room and it took 1 hour before I received it. On the 2nd day I requested for drinking water and they never sent it to me. Drinking water is a basic need and I find it very disheartening not send a guest water for drinking. I have never experienced this with any other hotel I stayed in.
