"Great hotel and staff and no issues throughout my 5 day stay. Frustrated though when they tried to sell me a room upgrade (…therefore they were available!) but wouldn’t upgrade me, despite being Gold with Hilton & Platinum with Hotels.com. Why offer something you can’t or won’t deliver. I typically have low expectations but this was disappointing. "

"We are extremely impressed with the customer service, specially Anila in the restaurant who was extremely helpful and kind and when she realised I was unwell sent me a goody bag for breakfast .
