"Le personnel est adorable tant à la réception qu’au restaurant. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. La plage est en hyper contrebas de l’hôtel et nécessite la voiture de l’hôtel pour y accéder et en revenir. La plage est très petite et pas la plus agréable de la zone. Et enfin, la chambre donne sur un couloir vitré surchauffé qui lui même donne sur la route extrêmement passante toute la nuit. Détestable et surtout infiniment bruyant!!!!! "Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt im Danica. Von der Einrichtung her, war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Allerdings in einem veralteten Zustand. Man müsste dringend mal renovieren und etwas Geld in die Zimmer investieren. Das Hotel selbst hat grosses Potential! Die Leute sind schrecklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben unser Auto sogar umparkiert und uns einen Parkplatz besorgt direkt vor der Tür. (Achtung Plätze sind beschränkt). Es hat leider kein Lift. Das...

"Well located with very nice staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms and they were both clean and spacious even though my second one was a single bedroom. The hotel is next to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. It’s nested by the hill so it’s quiet. "

"Our second stay at this gorgeous hotel in a great location. The pool area is great and the staff at the pool area were brilliant (Viktor is a star) as were the staff at breakfast that was gorgeous with a great variety of hot and cold and a la carte egg options. The Spa is lovely and spacious and we used it when the weather was poor. There’s a Sauna, Steam room, Hammam and shower with numerous options. There is also a large pool and jacuzzi. We did however have some challenges we wouldn’t expect in a 5 star hotel: We filled in pre-arrival preference form and asked for a standard mattress - we got a very hard foam mattress (a topper was added after the first painful poor nights sleep). The coffee crème in the fridge (2 tiny cartons) was replaced 3 days out of our seven days and we had to call room service for cream on each occasion that it wasn’t replaced. I did request milk for tea one day from room service and was asked for card details to pay for it..(I decided to give the milk and tea a miss) We were in room 310B in aqua and were woken up 4 mornings in a row at 6:45am by very noisy dustbin men bouncing very large metal bins below our balcony. After wake up calls 4 mornings in a row we requested a different room and we were given a nice room in Baia with marina views. I requested ice twice on the evening of my 60th birthday 30 mins apart and it never arrived. I did however receive a birthday cake that was left in the room that was very much appreciated. "

"Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Rating: ★★★★★ We had an amazing holiday at this hotel. The place was beautiful, spotless, and located in a quiet, scenic area surrounded by mountains. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their service was top-notch. The only downside was that our room’s hot tub was faulty. Maintenance kept coming in and out, which was disruptive. It would have been better if they’d moved us sooner. Eventually, we were given a new room with a working hot tub, which was lovely. One suggestion: add covered umbrellas over hot tubs for rainy days. We had to stay indoors for days because we couldn’t use it in the rain. Other than that, everything was perfect. Worth every penny! "
