This is a little gem in Budva: very reasonably priced and pretty close to shopping and dining. Staff service is very good and the quality of breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Our stay here was lovely! Igor is welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is old, but very clean and well taken care of. Location is great! Easy to walk everywhere- old town, beaches, even walking to Becici is not far. Also, the view from our balcony was beautiful!!! Thank you!

Great value for money ,so close and easy to walk to The Old Town , supermarkets etc. Plenty of nice options on the breakfast buffet. Instant hot water and a clean bathroom was welcome after my travels in Greece.

Good location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is nice and easy for 5eur a day, easier than finding somewhere in town! The general room condition is slightly old however all still functional.

Igor’s place is just like on pictures. Great family villa with multiple units. Located in super central area where sea and old town are reachable by foot just in minutes and still in nice and cozy neighborhood. Igor and villa staff give us very warm welcome. Communication and check in were super smooth. Great panoramic elevator will bring you at your floor just in seconds. Our room was super clean and fresh, also had a breathtaking view on the sea and Sv. Nicola island. Wifi was perfect for video confence and surfing. Room has it’s own dedicated working space. I highly recommend this accomodation for any short or mid term rental.
