"This hotel was ideal for us as a family of four. We weren't looking for luxury, we wanted a great location, clean and functional, and this ticked all the boxes. "My second time staying at the Residhome Paris Opera. Location is unbeatable. A few steps away from Printemps, Lafayette. Right next to the Metro (RER). However, best thing about this place is not the location, it's the service from the staff. Johan, Amel and Luanda were so helpful during our stay. They really set an example on how hospitality should be."

Great hotel.

"Great hotel. The location was fantastic - about a 10min walk (with kids) from the Eiffel Tower. Close to restaurants and a MonoPrix. Loved their water bar with free still and sparkling water. The breakfast was also great with something for everyone. The rooms are a bit tired but nothing major and they are comfortably appointed. Only mini complaint I would have is the EXTREMELY rude man at the omelet bar. He got the orders of multiple people wrong and was accusatory and obnoxious as if we made him get it wrong. Happened on three out of four days we were there. "

"I needed a reliable hotel for me and my daughter before flying out again the next morning, and nothing could have been more convenient when arriving at Terminal 3. Easy check-in, various food options available, and never had to take a taxi or shuttle because it’s just right there, basically in the airport. "

"This is a beautiful hotel that has gone over and above to make the guests fell important and welcome , the appearance , and the quality of the material that has been used to build this hotel are the best. Our room on the sixth floor had a partial view of the Eifel Tower , and the room was large and absolutely beautiful. I can not say enough about this place."
