Great customer service and nice rooms. Self parking is very easy in parking garage once you know where it is(18 Wellington st/approx 200’ west of young st) and get parking discount at hotel front desk. Valet may be cheaper than self park if staying on weekdays with in/out privileges. Access to PATH is downstairs from lobby(don’t even have to walk outside). Dining options are great. We’ve only had snacks and desserts and they’re great. Haven’t tried the spa. Thanks!

We loved our stay - lobby at night was cozy, staff was all very friendly, rooms were spacious and so functional - washing machine, microwave, stove top, dishwasher - it did take us a day to realize the PATH was directly under the hotel - so many food and shopping options just an elevator ride away.
