Had to switch rooms immediately upon arrival because there was a large roach crawling on the bathroom floor in the first room. The second room was better but still very disappointed. We wanted to cancel our stay but we had pre-paid and they required a 48 hr notice before. I think there cancelation policy is purposely deceitful to lock you in, as the actual property is much worse then pictured. As there are countless other options to stay at a similar price, I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean rooms. Good parking rates. The walk to lower broadway is about 10-30min. The included breakfast was excellent perc. Only thing was internet from 3rd floor, spotty and unreliable. Construction was being done at hotel and the noise started just after 7am during my stay. Dining in area is limited.

This hotel is great. Its in a convenient location near the highway. This is the first hotel Ive been to that has reasonably priced snacks. ♥️

This is a place where the employees could use a class in customer service. It is clean, safe with easy parking. The breakfast offered, is wonderful for the hotel. It is within walking distance to music row, shops and dinning. The city also offers a non stop supply of rentable e- bikes and scooters( additional fee ). The rooms are bare minimum, but nice. The staff on the other hand will argue even the smallest fee. Have email proof ready. If your on a budget this place is a great way to see downtown Nashville

This is an average hotel in average condition, but meets the needs for a place to stay in downtown Nash. 1/2 walk to Broadway. Clean and comfortable beds, typical breakfast. Check in times could be earlier to accommodate tourists and more security offered to secure luggage while waiting for a room (ie. security tag system).

Rooms were a bit dirty, they were kind enough to move us from rooms which was a bit cleaner, but we did find a cockroach roaming around. Which was not pleasant having to go through our clothes making sure we did not having anything around. Breakfast outshined the spot, and the area and convenience of being close to several food spots and downtown Nashville.
