"The surrounding area was sketchy as heck, homeless everywhere… but you find that everywhere in downtown LA. The hotel was beautiful, out of the 3 hotels we stayed at, this is the one I’d return to. "

"The property itself is fine. Had a beautiful room on the top floor, overlooking the city. Very quiet and romantic. Almost fell in the shower (wish it had some floor grip). If you want internet - that's extra. $60 for valet. Went down to the lobby for cocktails. 4 cocktails and 1 slice of cake cost me $140 (including tip). Being mindful, there's a "staff service charge" of $20. Just to walk from behind the bar to serve drinks... I'll stay here again, but I'll be more mindful next time."
