I enjoyed my stay at citizenM. It was far different from any property I’ve ever stayed. It has a modern, cosmopolitan vibe and was very relaxed. This would be an excellent place for a lovers’ weekend getaway, from the PORN sculpture at the front entry to the body positive / burlesque-type books in the lobby or the ambient lighting throughout you definitely pick up a certain vibe here. The only “complaint” I would have is the poor quality bathroom tissue in the room. For such a nice, well-appointed hotel it was very surprising to see they skimp out with 1-ply bathroom tissue. Also, it would have been nice to have an actual mini fridge in the room and not a small chilling drawer. Overall it was a decent stay and in a pinch, I’d stay there again without pause but it would not be someplace that I’d deliberately seek out the next time I’m in the city.

Heart of DT. Very close to trains. Hotel is nice. Very good bar and lobby situation. Parking across the street is $15 until 6am. Garage is $38. You choose what works best for you. All staff members were helpful and cool. Id stay here again for sure.

My spouse and I absolutely LOVED this space. If you’re more teen and hip oriented when it comes to hotels choose this one. We loved the environment, the staff, the breakfast was so good and we even got complimentary espresso with our breakfast !!! The rooms were super cool. I’ve never had the opportunity to control the lighting of a hotel room with an iPad and I loved that I felt secure staying here as well. Matt and the rest of the staff helped make our experience better than it already was and check in was super easy as well as check out. This was a great stay. And even better that I could check in at 20 years of age. I love how accommodating this entire place was. Thank you to citizen M staff we will be returning !
