"Nice hotel set within lovely grounds. Rooms a bit dated and needing some TLC. Our room had a broken bathroom lock which, after reporting, was sorted very quickly. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection however we dined in the Brasserie on the second evening and were told only pizzas and salads were available due to an issue in the kitchen. We ordered pizzas all round but when they arrived looked very much like cheap frozen pizzas. None of us ate much and wouldn’t recommend. We mentioned...

"The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...

"I loved everything about this place! The staff was excellent, the onsite restaurant was superb, and it was really close to the airport. Getting to the city activities took 30 minutes, but I'd take the peace and quiet here over being in the middle of everything, anytime. My only regret is that I didn’t get to take advantage of the Spa services. I plan to go back to Scotland next year and I will be staying at Norton House. "
