"We stayed here for 8 nights and the location is unbeatable! Your so close to the port, shopping, beach, restaurants that we barely had to take a cab anywhere.
I want to thank all the stuff there for being so accommodating, friendly, and helping us out when we decided to stay extra 2 nights. Especially, the manager Erden (he has a ponytail), who helped us out when there was a language barrier/miscommunication with another staff member. Honestly, i would definitely stay here again due to the location and the staff!! "
"I had great time at Charisma. Location was ideal for me as I preferred to stay away from the noisy crowd of Kusadasi centre but still easily access to it when I want. (10 min. walk) I stayed in superior room with sea view and the room was spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the view and fresh air. Beach, pools and dining places offer more than satisfactory experience. The only negative comment I could make is that the dining area in the beach is small for the scale of the hotel. I had breakfast included booking and the breakfast was quite good with more than sufficient offerings. Staff deserves a special appreciation for their hard work with kind and attentive attitude. Looking forward to stay at Charisma in my next trip to Kusadasi "
"First, the great, the service was amazing. I can't find the card of the two gentlemen that went above and beyond, but anything we wanted they took care of. Second, the location was great. Right on top of the beach, great view, waking distance from excellent restaurants and a grocery store in the main floor. The breakfast was incredible and with the price.
We were seriously jetlagged coming from the U.S. Unfortunately, our rooms kept having electrical issues, so they upgraded us, then switched us a few times. It took a day to fix it, but finally, we could run the AC without the power shutting off.
The rooms are HUGE. Some are quieter than others, but I didn't have issues sleeping due to noise. In one room, with two beds, we were either freezing in one bed or hot in the other depending on if the mini split blew in you or not. The beds were hard and they didn't really have blankets. They were more like a tiny heavy sheet.
The view from the room was wonderful.
The beach had free umbrellas. The hotel does not provide beach chairs or towels. We chose to pay for the private beach club downstairs (with the loud music.) BEWARE The Beach Club attendant will try to rip you off."
"The Perfect Stay! The Hotel Owners are so kind & helpful. We enjoyed our time here so much that we extended our stay! The breakfast is delicious & the views are amazing!! "
