Otelde herşey çok kötü ilgi sıfır. Oda temizliği sıfır. Paranızı çöpe atmayın. Rezarvasyon yapıldıktan sonra otelle irtibatı kuramıyorsun. Hiçbir şekilde telefonlar açılmıyor. Korıdorlarda hep çöp var yerlerde. Temiz hiçbir zaman yapılmıyor. Odaları kirli alıyorsun kirli veriyorsun.

We had a room facing the ocean. The sunset view with the hotel's many leveled court yard settings was fantastic. Very satisfied to the all-inclusive food and beverages. Only complaints are the poor sound proof of the rooms.

Vasat otel
İlanda oda ile ilgili hiçbir ayrıntı bulunmamakla birlikte insan umutla yaşar mottosuyla dıştan görünümü güzel gözüken otelden rezervasyonumuzu yaptırdık. Otele vardığımızda bodrum katında bulunan odalara yönlendirildik 117 no lu odada kaldık. Aşırı rutubet kokusu vardı. Odada bulunan yatak koltuk vs. İnanılmaz kirli ve pisti üzerinde ne lekesi belli olmayan kirlet vardı. Banyo iğrençti duş jeli bile yoktu. Temizlikçiler günlük olarak gelip hiçbir şekilde havlu değişimi ve çarşaf değişimi gapmadan odadan çıkıyorlardı. Birde otel yönetimini kandırmak adına 1 haftadır serili olan çarşaf ve kullandığımız havluları yerlerini değiştirerek düzelterek temiz görünümü vermeye çalışıyorlardı. Aşırı derecede yabancı uyruklu kalabalık bir ortamdı. Havuza girmek için resmen belli saatleri kovaladık. Arı ve sinek çok fazla vardı. Otelde yenileme yapmayıp terkedilmeye bırakılmış bölümleri çoktu. Asansör yetersiz ve küçüktü. Kat sayısı fazla olduğu için asansörü bekleme süreside uzundu. Otelin tek güzel yanı lobi katında bulunan teras ve kahveleriydi. Tabi terasta oturmak için aşırı mücadeleye katlanabilirseniz . Tekrar bu otele gelmem etrafımada önermem.
