"Cold experience as the windows were single glazed the heater was noisy and 1 of the radiators wasn’t working. Reception wasn’t open after breakfast so we found the manager the kitchen. Explained our problems including lack of electrical sockets and the flush needing to be pressed twice. All these points were (outwardly) gratefully received"
