Division No. 11 hotel rooms a the Best Western

"We had a bit of a problem with the bathroom light in our room but after bringing it up with front desk we were swiftly switched to a different room, the staff were super polite and friendly and the parking garage, although not cheap, was awesome to have. The price was reasonable for the room it's self, however an extra $20 per person for breakfast buffet in the morning didn't seems so in my eyes so we didn't partake. It is dated and is showing its age however it was still a pleasant stay...

"Great location, convenient for Roger’s Place activities. Parking lot associated is small but worked for us. No elevator from parking lot working which is no issue if you can do stairs and haul luggage… otherwise be sure to be dropped at the main doors. Very friendly staff. "

"The hotel was great for an oilers game but unfortunately the restaurant hours were weird. "

"It’s nice and I like the restaurants, but the room smelled so bad from the people that stayed there before and cooked something (curry, Indian food). It was so strong and the smell wouldn’t go away. Also the windows were all very dirty and had mold on them. "

"Very convenient for being able to tour the mall and attractions. I found the room dated and was disappointed there were no usb ports or charging station. Almost all hotels have them now. Otherwise clean and comfy. "
