"I liked everything about my stay. From the staff to my room. Everything was completely acceptable. The only thing that I didn't like was not having shampoo to wash my hair, I had to use soap. Hotels need to be consistant so that travelers know what they need to bring."

"I’ve stayed at this property a few times now. The location is just perfect if you’re going to any of the Disney parks. The staff is polite and attentive. It is well kept & maintained. It’s the best for your $$$. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the room was always stuffy and we had problems with the room key several times. Other than that, this is the place to stay. "

"The property was selected as it was next to Universal studios, you can walk or if you have kids you can book a free shuttle at pre-decided time from the hotel. They have a free breakfast and the menu was changing a little bit everyday, so some change is good. The property was clean and was pretty comfortable to stay in. The parking is not free and you have to pay to an external account to park which is about 20-22 after tax and all per day. the hotel itself is good and very centrally located...

"Parking is a money grab, besides that great hotel and great location. I find it distasteful for a large hotel to charge guests for parking when we are not in a Major Major market like NYC, Miami, DC, etc where there isnt space. There is ample space for parking here, hotel was sold out while i stayed and still many empty spots. Just tacky and greedy."
