"The reception manager is best Ms Salma. She is helping here reception employees whenever everyone is busy. Handler was helpful and friendly. Room service and bed sheets are clean. 5 minutes walk to metro station. It has a beautiful view of the Shaykh zayed road and the Future museum. Thank you"

"Amazing in every sense. Atlantis really goes into very details to make its guests happy. We enjoyed every second there. Although we planned to go out every night, Hotel has so many attractions inside complex that attracted us, so we didn’t move out 😂 special thanks to Nazir, who took care of our room and surprises us every time with small gadgets/presents. "From start to finish of our stay the staff were unbelievable!! We were greated by a lovely gentleman who escorted our luggage for us into the main desk; where we were then greeted by a lovely lady to check us in & offered early check in… which was perfect for us as we were just off a long overnight flight with no sleep! They also decorated our room as it was our anniversary. The rooms were clean, spacious and the beds were perfection. Daily cleaning was done and room was brand new again. Walking distance 15 mins to JBR beach which was perfect for us! Overall great choice of hotel for Dubai. Many thanks !!!"

"The stay overall was nice, but a lot of construction going on around the hotel which made traffic worse getting to and from the hotel. The staff was very nice and the facilities like spa & restaurants were clean. The morning breakfast spread had many options and food was really yummy. We stayed there for 4 days with kids aged 9 &11."
