"We finished a week of vacation at this resort and we had a fantastic time. Staff is always friendly and eager to help. We were greeted immediately by Holly who showed us around and to our room. Her excitement for our vacation set everything off on the right foot! We were able to eat at a la carte every night (we booked 5) and they were all delicious. There are several buffets and they are all clean and there was a huge variety of food. The room service 24/7 was also a nice bonus. The spa was very nice and relaxing - thank you Shaday and Tearda for your time. You were great. Always a chair to sit by the pool or beach. The shows every night were great and the entertainment team makes it easy to meet people. Thank you for a great vacation."

"My husband and I booked for 6 nights beginning of February for our honeymoon. We booked at the Grand and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded by Expedia to use the facilities on the Luxury side. It is a beautiful property with plenty of pool area and different beach areas to enjoy. The food was very good and convenient locations for whatever you were doing throughout your day. The staff was friendly, always saying hello, good morning, etc. The pool entertainment staff/life guards were very friendly and we appreciated some of them striking up conversation rather than just a hello! Definitely would return to this hotel, hopefully next time they will have more occupancy. Felt a little empty! "
