"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

"The hotel reception staff is kind and helpful. The room needs a facelift. Beds and bathroom especially. Upon entering it smelled old, but after airing out the room it got better. The toilet smelled like urine although it appeared clean. The pool and playground for kids were great. We spent a lot of time there. The location is phenomenal and quiet. Unfortunately, adherence to pandemic hygiene rules is not monitored at all in the boardinghouse and only so-so in the hotel, which made any passing through the stairways and/or elevator feel inherently unsafe. "Comfortable hotel. Great restaurant. Friendly staff. Nice breakfasts included. If you're staying on the top floor, pack light. No joke. No elevator. It's a castle. If you're on the ground floor, public bathrooms are on every 'other' floor. Not so convenient for everyone. Great quad workout going up and down the stairs. "

"Overall good impression, but way too overpriced for what it is. Nice comfortable room, could be better planning of bathroom and shower area, and not very convenient for charging devices. Also, too many additional charges for already expensive stay - parking is very expensive, sun chair is extra also - these could definitely be included in the price, plus tourist tax additionally. Breakfast is made to look fancy, when in reality could benefit from more variety and fresh ingredients."

"Wir sind sehr begeistert. Tolle, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Unsere Wohnung war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise waren wir erst sehr enttäuscht, da Sauna und Fitness a. G. eines Wasserschadens nicht zur Verfügung standen. Es gab leider auch tagsüber den Baulärm. In der 2. Woche war der Schaden behoben. Das Körbchen mit frischen Handtüchern vor der Tür war eine nette Geste. Über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr gefreut! Wir sind wirklich gut erholt heim...

"Great spot. Close to a main area for food and the beach. Had some trouble finding the hotel check in. The suites are a bit farther away than the hotel. It’s on the street with all the food. But great service. They ran the key down. Lovely stay!!"
