A good place downtown. Room rate was good, but by the time you pay for the convenience of being downtown (parking, etc.) it is of course more expensive, but still competitive with other hotels in the area. Had some "merrymakers" late at night but staff was very prompt at dealing with the situation. Room was clean and comfortable, though we're some little items that appeared cheap or hasty. All in all, a good place to spend a night! I would definitely come here again.

Beautifully designed, cabin cozy property on the campus of University of Minnesota. Good restaurant with elevated comfort food. Friendly staff too. It was very quiet because we were there during Christmas break…. The campus was almost eerily quiet.

I was disappointed this time. Have stayed here a couple time. Things were broken in the hotel room. It needed some repair, nothing big. The room was hot. The parking gate for the lot would not work. I had to call the front desk every time to get in and out even after I had to go back in and exchange to parking pass. Not sure I would stay here again.

Great accommodating atmosphere. I was attending for the penn state / Minnesota game. Really special place. I’ve stayed at graduate hotels in Ann Arbor, Palo Alto and now Minneapolis. Will seek out this great brand on future trips in other cities. Only negative was the check in person told me parking was free, which it was not. I didn’t mind as free parking in a city is unheard of but it was a surprise add to the bill. I didn’t dispute it but transparency would have been nice.

Everyone was so helpful and kind at the hotel. Room was clean and housekeeping was very nice. Very Minnesota decorations in the rooms. Parking was tricky but I feel like it would be everywhere around there. Tons of places to eat in the area and 3 coffee shops right out the door. We had breakfast at the Beacon Public House in the hotel and it was delicious. Overall a great place to stay and right on campus which is great for parents visiting their kids!
