People smoking weed in the room. I stayed 4 days even after asking 15 times no one cleaned the room or even took out the trash. I asked for fresh towel and was asked to wait till 1pm. Don’t even give toilet tissue asked multiple requests. Cockroach was in the room. Worst hotel ever for $60. Never coming back here again

I booked a room for one night for New Year’s Eve. One of the main reasons I booked this place was because it showed it had a pool and a hot tub. When I checked in Latoya let me know that unfortunately the pool was closed. I was upset and asked why that information wasn’t updated on their website. She had no real answer. So I decide to give it a shot since we were already there. She gave us a room on the second floor 202. We get in there and realize there’s a huge hole in the wall right by the door. I then asked for a different room without holes in the walls. She said that she could give us room 204. So then we transferred to room 204 and notice that there is a cigarette burn mark on the bedsheet. At that point, we decided to take the bedsheet off a good part of the bed and immediately noticed it was stained with blood, bodily fluids brown nasty disgusting. To me, this is a major health risk. Extremely extremely disgusting. I don’t understand how the owner could even sleep at night, knowing that people are sleeping in this garbage every night. I will be speaking to the owner about getting my money back because I feel like I was taken advantage of. And I have the pictures to prove it. I’ll be reporting them to BBB and possibly the health inspector. Please people check your beds check your mattresses know what you’re sleeping on. It is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in. We will never ever be going back there in our urge everyone out there not to go.

Looked like semen on the dust ruffle, glad i saw it the next morning, No blanket on bed, No towels or wash cloths in bathroom Headboard was broken, Carpet was filthy Toilet seat didn't fit toilet and moved. Walls were damaged throughout Tiny roaches we saw 2 No security latch. Took about an hour and a half to get blanket it was stained no washcloths came but did get some pool looking towels. We checked in around 11 so didn't get to sleep until neat 2. Then they knocked to get us out at 11, needless to say we were still tired. Then i hear management screaming at some guy in the hall, thanks for that extra time. If you'd like pictures I'll share. Decieved!!

This property had roaches and there was no compensation whatsoever. The person at the front desk offered me $20 off which is what they were getting from Expedia anyways. So they basically were having no consequence whatsoever for the roaches been there hotel. I was going to let the first one go but then there were two more
