"Very good stay , big rooms . Doors are very noisy from the other rooms , missing something to smooth their closîng . Breakfast : good breakfast , just wishing that we could have a real orange juice instead of a powder drink with no taste at all . Its suppose to be Hyatt Regency ! "

"Great hotel just across from the Mayan Museum. A great restaurant (Habaneros) just out the door as well as large supermarket, upscale mall, and smaller tiendas for beer and groceries. Very safe area. Hotel was very nice, friendly staff, great breakfast, clean, modern rooms."

They were very accommodating, and also let me transfer to a bigger room w window when i saw that the first room that they put me in didnt have a window. Cute decor, interior plants made it very comfy. "
