"The people at the desk were very helpful when the heat didn't work in our room, we were given a new room very quickly. They remained helpful and good natured throughout the extremely busy weekend. The condition of the room - it could be updated but all hotels seem to all have been built at the same time - 30 years ago! Restaurant service was great too. "

"For being downtown in the city, it’s hard to find someplace to eat found that kind of odd and then after my stay, I noticed a four dollar charge on my credit card for waters that I didn’t even drink. I don’t drink bottled water."
