"Everything about this place was fantastic but one thing (I'll get to that at the end). -You can't beat the location. Our lodge was right on the water, and we could see it right outside the room. At night if it got windy, i could open the screen door and hear the waves at night. Better than any noise machine or peaceful music. -The staff was super friendly and helpful. They greet you with a smile and have that typical midwest hospitality. -Free bike and canoe rentals -4 miles of trails to take...

"Staff were wonderful. No real food available, told most of the kitchen not in working order and it would take 40 minutes for sandwich and fries. Went to neighboring Mexican restaurant instead. Room is nice, carpets stained, bathroom has mold on ceiling, filthy vent in bathroom. Shower head looked nasty. Towels are great and plenty of them. Bed comfortable. Haven’t seen breakfast bar yet but prepared to be disappointed at this point. Really needs some updates, curtains stained. Would not stay...
