They are kind friendly but not to friendly like just the perfect amount of friendly attitudes! Chill relax place and i felt pretty comfortable and felt like i would definitely stay here again and if i were to wanted to stay long term i would feel comfortable to do so. "

"I was impressed with Hotel Rome, after reading some sketchy reviews. The room was nice and the waterpark was fun for the kids. The only complaint I had was it was very loud in the halls at night, I did not seem like the enforce the quiet hours at all. Because check in is at a separate location, I'm not sure there is even staff around all the time to monitor the safety and security of the guests."
