"Was pleased with the hotel. Best we have stayed in and around Windsor. Food although is a good idea for the £20 meal, I found for the class of the hotel it could have used fresher ingredients for the roast dinner, frozen roast and Yorkshire puddings didn't really compliment the really great fresh meats that were available. I thought the changing rooms for the men at the swimming pool could have been kept an eye on better, i can cope with a bit of water on the floor but on this instance I thought it wasn't good enough for the hotel standards. Overall, I was really pleased with our stay and would definitely look to come back. "

"Amazing Hotel with 24/7 HOPA shuttle every 15 minutes to/from the front door of hotel for about $5 from Gatwick airport, At Gatwick airport, one can catch the metro, rail, or bus service. For international travelers, a better explanation as to where to pick up the HOPA shuttle upon first arrival would be very handy. The only negative was that the sole computer in the business center was not working and fron desk agent said I could email to them the boarding pass from my phone, which I wanted to avoid,"

"We stayed at the Lensbury for two nights over the Valentine’s weekend. The room was a good size, quiet and warm. They had a good selection on the menu along with a set valentine’s menu if you wanted. The pool was lovely, especially the children’s pool as we had our 1 year old with us and he really enjoyed it. Beautiful walks along the river, would definitely stay again "

"Stayed here as we had an early flight. It was my 60th birthday and in my room they had decorated it with 60th balloons, card and chocolates. So very thoughtful and evidence of a hotel that goes the extra mile. Room was beautiful and breakfast served from 4am and complimentary. Would recommend "

"Lovely stay with very efficient check in via mobile phone. Room controllable via phone which is very neat. Would stay here again if flying from Gatwick. "
