"Everything was good other than we never got new towels. And when i asked for new towels they didn't even wrap around my thigh so drying off after the hot tub or showering was a bit awkward. "

"The property was nice itself but the staff was not so great. They didn’t greet us and it was just awkward; no eye contact. On our last day, house keeping didn’t even knock and tried to open our door at 8:30a. "

"We stayed here as a in-between spot on our vacation to and from our home. It's the best hotel I've stayed in a while. The value matched. You get a great breakfast, it's clean, there's a pool, rooms are large! For a family of five we always struggle with hotels having only two beds or a 4 person limit and this room offered two queens, and a pull out bed! 10/10 will stay here again. "

"The Lightwell is a wonderful little hotel in a great location. Easy walk to all of downtown Hood River. Everything was clean, well taken care of with friendly staff. Rooms are small with no onsite parking, however parking was close."
