"The hotel is big and the room is big too for our family. The service is really good and they offer free drinks in the lobby. The hotel is old but comfortable. We need to wear our slippers in the hallway because it is a Japanese hotel. My kids enjoyed their comic room even if they don't read Japanese. "

"the place is an island on it's own and looks like a James Bond villain base from the outside. Inside it's got so many baths and just cool areas to explore. The room itself is comfortable and there's even a little convenience store near the front desk so you can get room snacks easily. I picked up some of the pickled plum udon noodles to cook at home and they were delicious! Meals are a little crowded as they're buffet style but the food itself is amazing and so many different things to try. I recommend coming here at least once and staying two nights if you can."

"One of my best ever hotel experiences. Great staff all around. Large, clean room & bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Plentiful amenities (in room coffee & tea, bathroom necessities, etc.) along with complimentary jelly snacks & free ice pops in the public bath area. Great (free) washing machine & inexpensive dryer. Would definitely stay here again."

"Our room in traditional Japanese style was the size of a small apartment. Beautiful woodwork and tatami-mats. Nice view of the water with comfortable sitting area. Easily walkable to train and bus station. While i don't remember signing up for it, dinner and breakfast were included and delicious."
