"Wonderful unit, clean and inviting. Spacious even with 2 beds, dining suite and kitchen. Bathroom large with a jet tub and a stand alone shower. Have mentioned that the bathroom area is quite slippery even with fan on. Tile chosen too glossy for a wet area. Grab rails by tub would be great.Carpet is possibly due for a deep clean. I will return to this motel as it has everything I need. Even though it is on a busy street it's very quiet. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and polite. "

"Apartments were great an also awesome for family stay comfortable rooms were definitely worth the price an sizes would definitely recommend staying here happy with our stay kids were also happy with it being a birthday celebration stay away and also would be nice get away to stay with partner . "We stayed in the Kauri chalet and really liked it. The view is great. The connecting room, Rata’s view is even better, but that room is much smaller. If you are a bigger group, booking these two rooms together will be perfect. We woke up to the birdsongs and had a peaceful breakfast on the balcony. The stairs bring the charm to the place and we did not mind the extra steps. Owner/staff are very friendly. PAKnSAVE is only 6 minutes drive away."

"We stayed in a lodge and parking was just next to it. Bery easy for loading and unloading our staff. We left luggage for storage and picked them up after our visit to Tongariro National Park with no issue. The common area in the lodge is a little bit small for five adults to move around, but the rooms and number od beds are OK. "
