"Friendly, helpful staff; good breakfast; well situated property."

"This is a delicious and well-run property with a long history. Everything was perfect..almost. Our suite was very comfortable, but it was VERY dark inside. It was long and the only natural light is from the door (glass). That was our main criticism. The only other little quibble is there was absolutely nowhere to hang our sumptuous robes, and so the cleaning crew (and it WAS a crew) took to hanging them on the shower door or folded (wet) by the tub."

"Beautiful location. The rooms are lovely and equivalent to a 5 star hotel. The pool is very nice. the breakfast buffet is also very good and so is the restaurant. Where things fall short is the service. It wouldn't deter me from coming back but you'd expect such a beautiful venue to have better service."

"We had booked a disabled access room. The hotel advertised a restaurant which would be open. We arrived half an hour before the check in time of 2.00pm. The receptionist asked us to wait. The Bar was closed so we sat in the car. At 2.00pm we went to check in to be told the lift was not working and we had a room on the first floor! Too many steps for me to cope with. "Más Petit Fourchon was difficult for us to find due to error in Google maps. We finally arrived, just at dark, and after becoming thoroughly familiar with the nearby hospital parking layout. We gave up on Google’s turn by turn directions, and used Google maps without the directions. We were greeted by an upbeat and friendly Pascole, the owner, at a closed gate at end of a dirt road. Mas Petit Fourchon is definitely not within easy walking distance to restaurants or Arles. That said, the property...
