"The river view from the hotel is gorgeous. The room was really clean and housekeepers were friendly and alert to guests needs. The side of the hotel I was in it’s a bit old. Carpets are old but not a stain on them. Breakfast is included and parking is free. "

No. English speakers on staff though when we arrived (and we unfortunately don't speak Spanish) so difficult to get information on local area attractions. "The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. "
