"I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Zermatt! The hotel was cheap and the staff even gave me a free upgrade on my room which was a nice surprise! The location is also amazing because it is right next to the train station and it’s only a 20 minute train ride to get to Zermatt. Trains ran frequently so I never had to wait long. I also felt like housekeeping went above and beyond every day tidying up the room. The only down side is there’s no microwave or fridge but everything else...

"All staffs were really nice to us but unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the hotel amenities like the swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi bath that is located outside the hotel. I would also thankful for upgrading us for my birthday. Staffs were all very hospitable and kind. From Jasmin & Maricel."
