"I had an amazing stay at Rio Serrano Spa in Torres del Paine! The experience was unforgettable, with delicious food and dinner options. The included breakfast was very complete and tasty. I highly recommend trying the picaña, lamb stew, and calafate sour—they were outstanding! Make sure to do the excursion to the Base of the Towers, and if you have a free day, exploring the park by car is a must. There are plenty of beautiful viewpoints to stop at and enjoy the scenery. I highly recommend this...

"The owner is very friendly. But the facilities in the room are very simple and lack necessary furniture. The room only has a very small bedside table, a soft chair and a long stool. Water sprayed out from the faucet joint in the bathroom. Even calling the owner could not solve the problem. I had no choice but to wrap a strong napkin issued on the plane around the faucet connection to direct the fine water sprayed out into the bath basin to prevent the water from flowing to the shower room floor....

"I stayed 2 nights before W trek and one night after the trek. The hotel provided quiet sleep and bed is comfy. If you are lucky you will fall asleep to amazing sunsets overlooking the water and mountain. I had 3 dinners at the hotel, and they were very good. Walk into town is about 45 minutes or you can use Uber for $3-4 each way, "
