"The views from this property are amazing. It feels remote and private. The natural wood features throughout the hotel and rooms are beautiful. There was clearly special care taken to ensure that the hotel blends into the sacred landscape. The rabbit colonies that live on the property were such a special treat to view. "One of the best locations in the city. Definitely worth paying for a room with a sea view. Reception, lobby facilities of the hotel is nice and friendly. It's annoying that the kitchen can't prepare a breakfast package in case of early departure for a trip. The staff at the bar is professional but considerably slow, approach confusing. If we didn't order immediately after taking a seat, we were ignored. After 15 minutes I had to order a drink at the front counter."

"When staying in this area, you have to manage expectations. The Villa Serrano area exists to host travelers closer to Torres del Paine than Puerto Natales, cutting off an hour of travel each way into the park. Hotel del Paine has basic rooms—small, not much room to store close or equipment (no drawers, hooks, shelf space, etc—but the bed was really comfy, the room is warm, the bathroom very clean. No wifi in the rooms, but it screams in the lodge. Good meals, outstanding views of Cuernos....
