"Everything was exceptional! Clean, friendly staff, beautiful amenities. If I'll have to complain about something ...it would have to be dining options. I would probably give more staff at the dining restaurant downstairs. It was over a half hour wait to eat at the restaurant downstairs and then one server to bring food. The buffet was unappetizing. On our last night we couldn't get food because of wait times at the restaurant."

"This was my husband and I’s first time at Cove Haven and it will definitely not be our last! The room was amazing with the most perfect atmosphere. I especially love that no children are allowed at the resort. It is wonderful to have a getaway and not hear people’s children running and screaming outside of our room."

"The hotel has beautiful views of a waterfall. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued as a guest. The great room is inviting with its comfortable chairs and fireplace. There is free coffee, hot chocolate, and tea in the great room. The guest rooms are comfortable and offer bathrobes for your relaxation. Just up the hill from the hotel is a tasting room for Hopping Eagle. If you like beer, you owe it to yourself to taste the offerings at the Hopping Eagle. The hotel also has a comfortable bar and a very good restaurant. We enjoyed our visit to Hawley and will stay again at the Ledges Hotel."
