"Was a great experience especially having a kitchen in our room, theres a tesco next door as well. The only thing i would say that needs improvement it the noise, due to high winds theres so much noise you can hear inside the room, it can get really loud sometimes so keep the weatger conditions in mind when booking and it is a 10 minute walk to the underground."

"Great apartment. The cleanliness is to a high standard. The facilities are great. Spacious apartments and nicely furnished/decorated. Easy check in and check out process. Receptionists are informative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was convient and resonably priced. My only comment would be that the room was very cold on arrival (as all the windows were open in winter) and there were no instructions for how to work the heater. But once i shut the windows and worked out the heater it was a pleasnt say."

"A bizarre experience… Wasn’t able to actually stay at this property as I never received check-in instructions from the host. Unfortunately the host read and ignored my messages and emails as well as communications from the property manager (they weren’t much help either), for reasons unknown. Luckily hotels.com stepped in and gave me a full refund + a voucher for compensation."

"Friendly, quirky, convenient. A welcome change to identikit hotels. It's like staying at a mate's place. It's right next to South Quay DLR, and two minutes from there to Canary Wharf with the Elizbaeth and Jubilee lines. Really liked it; will be going back."

"My husband and I stayed here back in Aug 24 and it was a nice experience. So we returned again. They are building up so expect construction noise but other than that the stay is very quiet. I’d recommend this for affordable travel. Sits in a quiet Croydon community within walking distance to local convenience stores restaurants etc. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too. "

"Wow what can i say before i boooed this propery i contacted them they told me lies i wanted balcony with the river veiw but in person they daid its a totally different building i went there to propse to my wife the heaters snd underfloor heating was not working the matinence persoj come many times and the lady at reecption said this same thing hapoend with the heating last week paying so much for a hotel ruined my whole experience and they not even sorry for it very bad service and fake pictures...

"Overall, perfectly adequate and well priced. Decor a little dated, but room had everything we needed (just about). Main feedback is you need to change your mattresses as they are lumpy and not super comfy. We cooked in the room and there were a few things missing : Oven glove Scissors Larger cooking pan/wok as there were 5 of us. Apart from that, cannot fault the owners and would stay again (if mattresses are changed). One thing to note - it is a little too far out for central London (30-40mins...
