Lady at front desk dealt with that quickly and efficiently for us. Toilet kept running unless you jiggled the handle several times. Breakfast could be improved. In spite of all these issues, we enjoyed our stay. Have been to the Plaza many times. Great location. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out."

There is an abundance of communal space for games and lounging as well as food prep and eating area. The staff and service was above and beyond as well as friendly and approachable. "Stayed three nights at the Vista Inn in the middle of February whike checking out Thompson Rivers University. It is a short walk to the campus, near shopping, restaurants and beautiful valley views. Rooms were very clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it for a clean, comfy and affordable stay in Kamloops."
