"Expedia showed one room in the picture of the property, but upon arrival the picture and actual room did not match. Also you can't control the thermostat unless you are in an upgraded room. However the staff did open the window for us and gave us a fan for use. Overall a good stay but when you are traveling for rest and relaxation it is an added barrier to derail an experience although overall I had a great time."

"Step by step Instructions for using app and gaining access after hours would have made our first experience with hotel better. Perhaps a YouTube video on how to use door entry app would have helped us and the people who came the next night who we helped. Rooms were average sized. Hotel is clean and staff were lovely. Location is okay. "
