"It’s a nice, clean hotel and good value. However the breakfast seemed expensive if you purchase on the day. The staff were friendly but lacked a bit of professionalism. Maybe just inexperienced. The eating area is a bit clinical and unappealing. The entrance is around the back, next to the car park and therefore hard to find. It could be a great hotel if the restaurant was more luxurious and the entrance signposted. "

"Was a bit worried after so many varied reviews. The hotel reception is not very warming or welcoming but the receptionists were amazing. We were given a free upgrade after she noticed our room was next to the party room. This was most welcomed. The room was lovely - however it wasn’t serviced and the shower gel dispenser was broken. Another receptionist gave us information for local taxis. Very long wait for food on the Friday evening due to there being 2 parties. We waited over an hour...

"Really friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. The bar area was very relaxing. Great big comfy sofas. The room was pleasant. Tiny shower room. Comfortable bed. The pillows were really firm and i couldnt work out which were meant to be the soft option. The decor was ok in the room. Could do with a freshen up. It was clean. The pool was really nice. Warm and not very busy. Breakfast was tasty but the staff were slow to replenish dishes. It was a busy morning with a large party staying. I used Tesco...
