"It was very disappointing to find that the parks Thermal hot pools are no longer available and haven’t been for the past 4 years. This is still being promoted on their own website, even though when I questioned this I was told they had taken it off. Not acceptable."

"We enjoyed are stay at the Novotel Rotorua. It has a great central location with many options for dining walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, as are the thermal hot baths and swimming pool! "

"Staff was warm and welcoming. Johns gave us a bigger room than we reserved and even helped us carry our suitcases up to our room. Property looks like your typical family run motel so there's a bit of quirkiness to it. Spa tub was the hottest hotel/motel one we've ever been in which was wonderful! We didn't try the other 2 pools "
