"The property is fine inside but it has a terrible surroundings for a walk or enjoying the river. Danube is close but hard to get to as the passage to the river is not cleared. Even it was, I was told that it's pretty unpleasant part of the river. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. A miscommunication took place somewhere and, as a result, I did not get the kind of bed that I requested during the reservation."

I also had an issue with the quality of the WiFi. I needed it regularly and the service was very slow or intermittent. I mentioned it to the reception and they just said it’s far away. "
