"Great hotel an amenities but rooms are a bit small. That might just be Singapore though as we are overseas travelers."

"Good location to an mrt station. Close to both little India and China town. Room was clean tidy and a decent size. Might be a random thing to comment on, but....Only thing I didn't quite like was that the toilet seat was a bit high... Like when I sat down... My feet would be on my tip toes and I'm tall (6ft) !"

"Love the pool area and right across was the beach. Only problem was the hot tub was really cold. When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. Also the restaurant downstairs didn’t offer much for variety for breakfast. Set menus per day and quite expensive. Staff was very friendly. I do love the setting , waterfalls by the heared pool, many...

"Best hotel for metro access: therefore the best hotel base to explore the country. Reasonable rates for good quality. Very good bed, ok shower, great to have filtered drinking water on tap. Surprised to have Club level room yet no bath robes. Whilst we were there (3 days) the reception team were constantly overwhelmed: they put on a brave face but it was tough for them and not a great customer experience. "
