"Staff turned off the power so no AC. They "called the manager" but it took hours. Lots of people doing nothing. Very dirty. Very little food on breakfast table. Sometimes no water (always cold water), bad internet connection and only in hall when power, no kettle, no air port shuttle. At night a sleeping man on the couch and doors open and unlocked"

"The bell given by Mo, the owner, was outstanding. He went out of his way to make everything smooth for us and nothing was too much trouble. The other staff were friendly and helpful. World definitely recommend"

"Nice rooms, very clean, but fairly typical for Sierra Leone (IYKYK). After being up country, nice to have hot water and other amenities. The food was very good also. There's a lot of street noise, but it can be minimized by closing any windows and using the AC."

"We had paid for reservation for 4 rooms for 4 people. Arrived late night/early morning 3.00 am and find out there are no rooms available because the hotel is being renovated. They directed us to go to a different hotel providing no further assitance. Why they accept reservation and payment when the rooms do not exist is any body's guess. They left us starnded. What if it was a family who has never travelled to Freetown before. Bad experience. "
