"Not a 4 stars hotel by a long shot. No coffee or croissants as of 9:15 am, when breakfast was supposed to end at 10 am. Stay away from the pool. Poor maintenance "

"When i got there, the receptionìst could find my reservation online and i have to send him via email my reservation for proof. The room was not king size, no phone or wifi. Poor service and the room was old."

"No refrigerator in my room to put my drinks and other products in. During breakfast at hotel main restaurant I found a giant dead dragonfly in the rolls backet. I informed one of the restaurant staff members. He simply grabbed the basket without saying anything to me. Later i saw the same badket brought back out. Not sure if the bread was throwned away and replaced."

"I’m still a little shocked at the room we were provided given the $300USD per night cost. It was in shambles. So out of date. Spiders and ants in the restroom. Crumbling walls. We decided to tough it out since we were there for one night and mainly to use the beach (which was very nice). But we have a 11 month old baby and when we got back from dinner there was a giant water bug or cockroach running around the bathroom.
