"Excellent facility, close to haram, just opposite Haram's gate no. 79 (used for Tawaf). The rooms are spacious and they provided two double beds and one single bed for a family of 4 which was excellent. Lift is new and very fast. Good breakfast options. They charged extra for the kids breakfast which was not clear when I was booking at Expedia as Kids were included in the booking. So be mindful of that when booking. The taxi I arranged for pick up was not allowed in initially due to security...

"I was the best hotel ever "

"It was pleasant experience with them . Because of rooms overbooked our desired room was not available but the girl at the front desk managed to get upgraded room for us. It was little cramped up cause of 2 extra beds ( which we were not needed) But no issues ,our main sleeping area was perfect. Room service guy( I think his name was Mohammed firoz?) was nice and polite person. Overall nice experience, will book again there in future."

"I have not stayed in that many Crown Plazas, but have spent too many nights at Marriott properties. So this Crown Plaza is five minutes walk from Masjid Nabawi (South Gates, #305) and extremely convenient from that perspective. It is like a mainline Marriott. Very clean and comfortable beds. Well soundproofed. The breakfast was good. Negatives were that some of the physical infrastructure was not that well maintained. The electric teapot was leaking.
