"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"My second time staying in this unit and I enjoyed it as much as I did the first time. The property is well maintained and the unit is clean and comfortable. While I’m on vacation I still have a touch of home by being able to make a meal if I’d like, or hang out on the front patio to enjoy the breeze coming off the ocean. Will definitely stay here again."

"We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. After hours of Hotels.com customer service trying to talk with the owner they finally spoke to the owner and he said we could check in the next morning. "This villa is truly a hidden gem. I loved the experience and had a great time. Firstly, I have to mention how kind and helpful the staff were because when we arrived they offered my guests some food which tasted amazing. If you are hesitant about this place, don’t be! Everywhere was very clean, the rooms are huge and the pool was lovely to swim in"

"From start to finish the staff was knowledgeable, patient and professional. The on site staff were so friendly and helpful. I love the property it was clean there was 24 hour security and it is located in close proximity to supermarket, next door to restaurants and 5 minutes from Devon house. I definitely will be staying there again "

"Inaccurate website description - Tennis courts: we selected this property because Expedia website showed they have tennis courts. Which is inaccurate. We carried all the gears and paid extras for checking in luggage because of inaccurate information."

"Its a smaller resort. Very intimate. The staf were very friendly and the selection of food was awesome. The entertainment was excellent. Live music during dinner and dj musin every nite. Nice selection of music. We party every nite until 1am which is unusual for us."

"Bubbles from Guest experience was amazing. She made our check in process super easy and fun. She lived up to her name.. The adult side was a little too relaxed. The family side was more lively. The activities were not communicated very well. There was events that didn’t show up in the app or on any boards on the luxury side. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Better activities would have made the resort even better. "
